The Office of Open Records (OOR) is conducting a survey of Agency Open Record Officers to better understand the impact of the Right-to-Know Law on agencies throughout the Commonwealth and to help inform future policy decisions regarding the law. This year’s survey should take just a few minutes to complete online by clicking here. 

The deadline to complete the survey is June 26, 2026. As in the past, all responses to this survey are records under the RTKL. The OOR plans to release the survey results in early fall of 2026. Questions can be directed to openrecords@pa.gov.
