All townships must file a 2026 Project and Expenditure (P&E) annual report for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)/State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) by April 30 unless your township received a closeout invitation from U.S. Treasury since October 2025 and completed closeout by March 14, 2026. If you did complete the closeout report by March 14 and received confirmation from Treasury, then congratulations; no additional reporting is required.  

It is critical that the 2026 P&E report be filed correctly and any previous mistakes are fixed to be ready for a fast and easy closeout.
