Applications for the Fire and EMS Grant Program are due October 22. Townships are encouraged to share this information with partner fire companies, EMS, and volunteer rescue squads. Fire and rescue companies must report to PennFIRS monthly to qualify. 

Funds may be used towards up to two projects in the following categories: construction and/or renovation of fire company or EMS facilities; purchase of equipment; debt reduction; training and certification costs; and recruitment and retention.
