Reminder: Free, In-Person Cybersecurity Training Events Scheduled for Local Governments
The Pennsylvania State Police, Office of Homeland Security, and PA CyberCom will host four cybersecurity workshops geared toward local government and school personnel across the commonwealth. These interactive, hands-on sessions are designed to strengthen cybersecurity awareness, preparedness, and resilience. Topics include Cyber Threat Landscape for Local Governments and Schools; Basic Cyber Hygiene for Staff; Protecting Organizational Systems and Data; Basic Cybersecurity Practices; Incident Response and Reporting; and more!
The workshops are free, and lunch will be provided. Limit of two participants per agency. Click the location links below for more information and to register:
