Office of Open Records Provides Training

The Office of Open Records is offering two webinar training opportunities in the coming days.   

A Right-to-Know Law and Payment Issues webinar will be held on January 13 at 10 a.m. The session will help open records officers understand the rules and dynamics behind how payments affect the Right- to-Know Law process.  

Confidentiality Laws and the Right-to-Know Law webinar will discuss other laws that define specific records as confidential and could be used to deny access to records under the Right-to-Know Law. The session will be held January 20 at 10 a.m.
