Your processor changed? Can’t Login? Thought you were done? Annual filing must be completed. PSATS sent courtesy notices last week to more than 100 member townships that are in danger of needing to repay federal funds received in 2021 and 2022 from the American Rescue Plan (ARPA)/State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). If your township receives a notice this week from PSATS, please act promptly to file the delinquent 2026 Project & Expenditure Report and protect your township’s funds. The filing should only take a few minutes, and specific instructions are included. 

If your township is delinquent in this report, you should have received several notices from U.S. Treasury noting the failure to file. Please do not delay, as the delinquent townships received anywhere from tens of thousands to nearly $2 million in funds that would be subject to recoupment by U.S. Treasury.
