Townships Receive Recruitment Incentives for Law Enforcement
Several townships found out they will receive funds from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency to help hire more police officers. This is part of an announcement that grant funds will hire and train new officers for vacant law enforcement positions in 31 municipalities. Awardees include New Sewickley Township, Beaver County; Warrington Township, Bucks County; and Newberry Township, York County. Click here for more.
