Todd Becomes Chief Justice for Pa. Supreme Court

On Friday, Justice Debra Todd was formally installed as Pennsylvania’s 58th Chief Justice, the first woman to serve as chief in the court’s 300-year history. Todd has been acting as chief justice since the passing of Chief Justice Max Baer in October. Click here to learn more about Todd.
