PSATS Longest Living Past President Has Passed 

Ed Hill, “Mr. PSATS”, who served as PSATS President during the Bicentennial in 1976 passed away recently at the age of 90. Ed, a lifelong Chester County resident, served as a West Bradford Township supervisor as well as an East Caln township manager, and was a PSATS instructor in addition to his service on the PSATS Executive Board and as a Trustee of the PSATS Trustee Insurance Fund.
