Get ready to attend the PSATS 2025 Educational Conference and Exhibit Show in Hershey, which begins Sunday, May 4, and runs through May 7! Here are a few tips to help you make the most of the conference: 

First-timers: Are you a first-time attendee? Has it been a few years since you attended and need a refresher? Check out the What You Need to Know About the 2025 Conference Video by clicking here. 

2025 Conference App: Looking for workshop options, a particular exhibitor, or a map of the facilities? Download the 2025 Conference Mobile App to have everything you need to know about the conference in a convenient, searchable location, including all workshop materials. Click here to find out more about the app features. The app is also available on your computer now and after the conference at confmobile.psats.org. 

Conference registration email: To log into the app and check-in at the conference, you’ll need the Conference Registration email that you received this week. Use the email you used to register and your conference registration number to log-in. No need to print it out as you can scan from your phone at check-in. Email conference@psats.org with corrections. 

Vote for your township! Be sure a supervisor, manager, secretary, or treasurer who will be attending is registered as a voting delegate for your township. Each township is entitled to one voting delegate who will vote during the Business Meeting to be held Tuesday morning. Voting includes resolutions, which are PSATS policy positions on legislative issues, as well as association leadership. Email conference@psats.org to add a voting delegate. Business meeting materials are available here, in the Conference App, and will be handed out at the conference. 

Arriving Sunday? Check-in at the Hershey Lodge and get your badge, which is your ticket to all events, and your materials. In your conference bag, the Conference Guide will provide an overview of events, restaurant options, and much more. Take time to check out the Exhibit Show, with inside and outside exhibitors, featuring more exhibitors than ever before!

Not able to attend this year? The Morning News will be replaced by the Township Times beginning Monday and will report on the Hershey happenings at the conference. The Morning News will return on Thursday, May 8.
