If you are looking for the business meeting materials for the 2026 PSATS Conference, these materials, including the proposed 2026 PSATS resolutions, nominations, and Rules of Conduct, are posted on the members-only portion of psats.org and can be found by logging in with your username (email on file) and password, going to Programs and Services, and then Resource Center. The packet was mailed to all member townships and county associations on March 16. The business meeting will be held during the Tuesday, April 21, General Session, which will begin at 8:30 a.m. 

The same information (and more about the conference) is also available on the conference mobile app using your conference registration email address as your user name and your conference ID number from your registration confirmation as your password. 

As a reminder, each member township is entitled to appoint one voting delegate to the state conference and each county association may appoint at least two voting delegates and up to one for each 10 townships or portion thereof in their county. To change or appoint a voting delegate, email conference@psats.org. Voting delegates will receive a Business Meeting Guide at registration.
