Governor’s Center Director to Depart DCED
Kim Bracey, the 4 plus year Director of the Governor’s Center for Local Government Services, is departing DCED to return home to York city where she will become Director of the YWCA. Bracey oversaw the regulation of Pennsylvania’ municipal government structure.
