Did you know you can access Salary Survey results as soon as you enter your 2026 employee wages and benefits? Thanks to township input, we have streamlined data entry in the PSATS Salary Survey Plus tool and participating townships can access results when you need them. If you participated in 2025, your previous answers have auto-populated, so you only need to review, make updates, sign to certify your changes, and submit for 2026!   

The PSATS Salary Survey is an essential tool for townships, and its success relies on your participation. The results are a real-time compilation of the latest entries and, by participating, you’ll help create a comprehensive report on salaries and job trends in local government, benefiting both your township and fellow officials. Rest assured, your information will remain strictly confidential.    

To participate, sign into psats.org and look for Salary Survey Plus under the Programs & Services tab.
