FHWA 536 Form Due June 15, Website Difficulties

FHWA 536 Form Due June 15, Website Difficulties

Due to staffing issues and technical difficulties, the state Department of Transportation is delayed in updating the website used to file the mandatory FHWA 536 form. They are hopeful that the site will be online by the end of this week, and we will provide an update once it is confirmed that the reporting site is online.

Township officials with questions about the site can reach out to their Financial Consultant for assistance. Click here for a map. The Financial Consultants can assist with a paper form in the meantime. However, PennDOT’s preference is for townships to enter the data into the website electronically once it is up and running.

Because the form and deadline is required by the Federal Highway Administration, PennDOT is unable to change the June 15 due date. Finally, note that Michael Weigel, PennDOT Acting Audit Manager, is overseeing this project as the former project manager recently passed away.
