Commonwealth Flags Ordered at Half-Staff to Honor State Troopers 

Gov. Tom Wolf ordered the state flag on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings, and grounds to fly at half-staff to honor two troopers who were struck and killed by a driver in Philadelphia. Click here for more.
