The USDA Office of Rural Development is soliciting for FY 2026 Circuit Rider Program: Technical Assistance for Rural Water Systems. This program provides technical assistance to rural water systems experiencing day-to-day operational, financial, or managerial issues. Townships and municipal authorities that own and operate rural water facilities are eligible to apply. Applications are accepted throughout the year. Circuit Riders will provide technical assistance and are experienced in managing issues that may arise in the day-to-day operations of rural water systems.
