The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority released its draft five-year action plan to expand internet access across the Commonwealth using $1.15 billion in funding through the federal Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) plan. The plan builds on public input from a survey on broadband access that is still open and available, as well as in-person and virtual outreach across the street. To participate in the survey that provides input on resident access to broadband and affordability, click here and take the survey as soon as possible.
