All townships must file a 2026 Project and Expenditure (P&E) in April for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)/State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) unless your township received a closeout invitation from U.S. Treasury since October 2025 and completed closeout by March 14, 2026. If you did complete the closeout report by March 14 and received confirmation from Treasury, then congratulations, no additional reporting is required.
