On March 16, PSATS sent member townships and county associations the materials for the April 21 business session at the 2026 PSATS Annual Conference. Please be sure to share these materials with your township’s or county association’s voting delegate. As a reminder, each member township is entitled to appoint one voting delegate to the state conference, and each county association may appoint at least two voting delegates and up to one for each 10 townships or portion thereof in their county.   

The mailing included the proposed resolutions for consideration at the conference and the nominations committee report. The Rules for Conduct at the Annual Conference were included to help townships understand how the business session will function, as well as the Resolutions Checklist which is used to evaluate proposed resolutions. This information will also be printed in your conference materials that you will receive upon arrival.  All these materials are posted on the members-only portion of psats.org and can be found by logging in, going to Programs and Services, and then Resource Center. 

Resolutions adopted at the conference will remain on the books for five years or until fulfilled. Current resolutions can be found here.
