The Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission is accepting applications for Historical & Archival Records Care (HARC) grants to local governments with the preservation of historically valuable original documents. Townships are eligible to apply through August 1, 2025 for projects up to $5,000, and no match is required! 

HARC Awards support various aspects of collections care, such as surveying, inventorying, preserving, arranging, and describing historical records. Funds can also be used towards records reformatting and the purchase of necessary equipment, including digitization tools. Projects must relate directly to some aspect of Pennsylvania history.
