Township Reports, Advertisements Due in April
The following reports and filings are due later this month:
- UNCONVENTIONAL GAS WELL FUND USAGE REPORT: This form is due April 15 and requires townships to report how Act 13 natural gas impact fee funds received in 2025 (2024 funds) were used or how your township plans to use these funds. For help, contact the Public Utility Commission at 717-787-5000 or ra-Act13@pa.gov. Note: ONLY townships that received Act 13 natural gas impact fee funds in 2025 are required to file this report.
- ADVERTISE TOWNSHIP’S CONCISE FINANCIAL INFORMATION: Townships must publish a public notice containing concise financial information prepared or approved by the elected auditors or CPA (whichever completed the annual audit) by April 15. Note: If your audit will be delayed, publish the public notice when the audit is complete.
- ARPA/SLFRF PROJECT AND EXPENDITURE REPORT: Required reporting for all townships which received State and Local Fiscal Recovery funds under the American Rescue Plan Act and did not close out between October 2025 and March 2026.
