Gov. Tom Wolf announced that three new state parks will be created: Susquehanna Riverlands in Hellam Township, York County; Big Elk Creek in Elk Township, Chester County; and Vosburg Neck in Washington Township, Wyoming County. When elected or appointed, township officials automatically become PSATS members through their township's membership.
