Elam Herr, former Deputy Executive Director and Government Relations Chief passed away this week after a courageous 20-month battle with brain cancer. He served PSATS for over 42 years and served nearly 47 years on the East Hempfield Township Zoning Hearing Board. A true public servant who championed local government, his funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
