PSATS and various county planning departments and county associations are co-hosting free, three-hour classes on utility-scale solar farms, including a focus on options for municipal ordinances regulating them. Sessions will be coming to a location near you: 

• Bedford County on August 21 

• Montgomery/Bucks County on September 25 

• Westmoreland County on October 7 

• Luzerne County on October 8 

• Northumberland County on October 21.
