As with other meetings, agendas must be posted at least 24 hours in advance for both the board of supervisors’ and board of auditors’ organization meetings. Agendas must be posted on the township’s website, if it has one, and at the meeting place and township building. The agenda must include action items, including positions to be filled or appointed, and discussion items, but not the names of the individuals to be appointed to the positions.
