One Price that Isn’t Going Up in January 2026, BUT…

While townships are facing cost increases as it seems that the cost of nearly everything is going up, the U.S. Post Office recently announce that it will not raise prices in January 2026 for first-class mail. Instead, the price of a standard-sized first-class envelope will remain at $.78. With that said, the USPS reviews rates twice a year and could raise rates in July as they have for each of the past 5 years, so budget accordingly.
