Township Officials, Residents Can Grade PennDOT Customer Satisfaction 

Township officials and their residents have an opportunity to provide feedback on their experiences with the state Department of Transportation. PennDOT is conducting an online survey to receive feedback on the state’s construction and maintenance services. The 22-question survey is interested in how the public receives PennDOT roadway information, how often PennDOT meets or exceeds expectations in construction and maintenance activities, experiences with reporting concerns, and the use of the state’s 511PA traveler information services. Township officials, staff, and the general public can take the 2025 PennDOT Construction/Maintenance Customer Satisfaction Survey through October 21.
