The Board of Finance and Revenue is responsible for processing requests for liquid fuels tax reimbursements. To receive a refund, a township must first contact the Board so that an account can be set up and a preprinted form can be furnished to the township. The forms are prepopulated with numbers used to track the account through the Board’s system. To request a preprinted form for your township, please call 717-787-6534 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
This means that the Board will not accept forms that attempt to reuse another municipality’s form, including by crossing out the preprinted numbers. The deadline for submissions is tomorrow, March 31. If you submitted an incorrect form, please reach out to the Board today and resubmit.
