We have received reports of scam attempts targeting townships using QuickBooks. Please be cautious and avoid engaging with unsolicited calls, emails, or pop-ups claiming to be from Intuit or QuickBooks support. In addition, avoid doing online searches for “consultants” for QuickBooks and other software platforms. Instead, go into the help sections of these platforms to find contact information and assistance, including contact information for approved consultants. 

To ensure your safety, the ONLY legitimate ways to contact Intuit support are: 

1. Log in to your account at https://camps.intuit.com 
2. From the Payroll Center, click on “Free Payroll Support” 
3. From the Help Menu, click “Contact Us” – you’ll be prompted to log into to your Intuit account. 

Never share your login credentials or allow remote access to your computer unless you initiated the support request through one of the methods above. If you suspect a scam or have questions, report it immediately to your IT consultant.
