The Office of the Budget is now accepting applications for the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). Please note that the application window is short and townships can apply through September 23, 2025.  

RACP grants are for the acquisition and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational, and historic improvement projects. These projects, requiring a 50% match, must have a regional or multijurisdictional impact and generate substantial increases or maintain current levels of employment, tax revenues, or other measures of economic activity.
