As the year winds down, it’s time to honor the dedicated service of your township supervisors. If you have one or more supervisors departing, we invite you to submit a Service Recognition Request Form for each individual. There is no minimum service requirement to qualify for a certificate; every contribution deserves recognition. 

To ensure the timely delivery of certificates, please let us know the date of your recognition or presentation. This helps us make sure everything arrives in time for your event. 

Deadline to submit requests: November 20 
 

Certificates will be delivered by December 1 (or your event date), perfect for presentations at final meetings. 

This process may also be used to recognize a departing secretary or manager.
