Office of Open Records to Hold RTKL Training for Law Enforcement Tomorrow
The Office of Open Records is hosting a webinar titled The Right-to-Know Law for Law Enforcement on Tuesday, March 24, at 10 a.m. This session focuses on those aspects of the Right-to-Know Law that are specific to police departments, such as investigatory records, the impact of Act 22, and CHRIA. It is a useful session for any agency open records officer or police officer who oversees a records program. The webinar will be recorded and posted to the OOR’s website.
