U.S. Treasury sent a mass email notice to all municipalities earlier this week about delinquent 2025 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA/SLFRF) Reports. However, unless your township received a phone call or email from PSATS staff Holly Fishel or Katie Lizza about a delinquent ARPA/SLFRF report earlier this week, your township can disregard the notice from Treasury. 

However, if Katie or Holly did reach out to your township this week, please call them today at 717-763-0930 (ext. 126 for Katie and ext. 138 for Holly) so that we can help your township login and fix outstanding issues before the 2025 report is permanently closed. If the 2025 report is not filed or corrected by June 25, you will need to return all funds received , even if your township previously reported these funds as spent.
