Financial Aid Deserves Reporting Twice, but Only Spend Once!

Yesterday, President Biden signed the $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package, known as the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, into law.  

As previously reported, $13.722 billion will be coming to Pennsylvania, including $936 million to be shared between townships, boroughs, and small cities. Information on specific dates when the money will be distributed is not yet available, but we do know that they money will be distributed to the state and then allocated to townships. The feds have 30 days to get the money to the states and the states have 60 days to deliver to locals, so stay tuned.   In the meantime, click here to find out how much your township is slated to receive.
