Every township was required to complete the 2025 Project and Expenditure Report for the American Rescue Plan Funds, also known as SLFRF funds, by April 30, 2025. Even if your township previously reported using all SLFRF funds, the additional report is required to be in compliance with U.S. Treasury rules for the program. 

PSATS received a list of nearly 250 townships that did not file the 2025 report as of May 1. If your township did not complete the report on time, it is in danger of needing to repay the funds that it received in 2021 and 2022. We urge you to complete the report now! To complete the report, log in here with your login.gov credentials: https://portal.treasury.gov/compliance 

Not sure if your township completed the report or it went through? Log in at the link above and go to compliance reports. If your 2025 report says “Submitted” under “Status ” then it was completed. However, if it says “In Progress” or “Draft” under “Status,” then it is not complete.
