DEP is now accepting reimbursement applications for the 2025 Host Municipality Inspector Program. Townships that have a municipal waste landfill, resource recovery facility, or commercial hazardous waste storage, treatment, and disposal facility located within its borders are eligible to apply through June 5, 2026. 

DEP awards reimbursements for authorized costs incurred for salary and expenses of up to two DEP-certified host municipality inspectors, not to exceed 50% of the approved costs.
