Reminder: Reports Required to Receive Liquid Fuels due by January 31 

Townships have many reports due each year, and several reports are due before the end of this month are required to receive liquid fuels distributions: 

Township officials are reminded that the following township and employer reports are due January 31:   

  • DCED-CLGS-19 Report of Elected & Appointed Officials: Townships must report the names and addresses of elected and appointed township officials via DCED’s Municipal Statistics site by January 31. 
  • MS-965 Actual Use Report: The actual use report is due by January 31 and includes a summary of expenditures, balances, receipts, and other information related to liquid fuels funds. Access at PennDOT’s DOT Grants page
  • DCED-CLGS-69 Survey of Financial Condition: This report applies to the prior fiscal year and is due by March 15 annually. However, to receive liquid fuels payments by March 1, this report must be submitted at Municipal Statistics no later than February 12.
