PSATS Serving Your Needs

Wednesday March 18th, 2020

As COVID-19 and its impact continue to evolve and develop, we remain focused on the health and safety of our employees and our communities, as well as our commitment to you, our members.

Our offices are closed to public visits, but we continue to support you (some remotely) and are working hard to ensure that your PSATS team members can continue to provide you with uninterrupted, dependable service from your association. Your phone calls and emails will be directed/forwarded to the appropriate staff, who can respond quickly to your questions or concerns. You can find our staff directory on our website at www.psats.org or by calling 717-763-0930.

Due to higher contact volume, I would ask for patience and consideration as we try to get back to you quickly. Our goal is to get answers to you as soon as possible the same day. After hours, email or phone numbers are helpful. Some staff will be working remotely.

During this time, PSATS encourages you to use its digital tools and other resources for fastest access to your account and other information, as well as to discuss how we may be of help to you. Please visit www.connect.psats.org to access your account online, plus other important information, register for virtual sessions or webinars, participate in the Discussion community, and service your account anytime, anywhere. If you have any issues with your membership access, email memberservices@psats.org.

We also encourage you to check our website www.psats.org and social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) for further updates on our actions regarding PSATS events and important information about COVID-19.

We value your support and understanding during this pandemic and hope that you have taken whatever measures are necessary to protect your elected officials, staff, and the public while continuing to provide basic services to your constituents. These are extraordinary times that require careful planning to position PSATS to continue serving its members without interruption. We have done that planning and are prepared for challenges that may come our way.

As always, thank you for serving your community. Likewise, we will continue to serve your needs. Let us know how we can help.
