Mandated Employer Posters
Under certain federal and state laws, townships
are mandated to post specific employment information in their buildings
for the benefit of their employees.
The following links provide access to the state
and federal employer posters which townships are mandated to post
in their workplace. Click on each link to access the agency's most
current on-line version of its required poster.
In general, these posters must be placed in conspicuous
places where both current employees and applicants for employment
(and in one instance the general public) can read them. Townships
with more than one building should have copies in each building.
