- Hotel lottery deadline is January 31, 2008.
- Registration confirmation letters will be mailed as your registration is processed and will list the events that you and your guests have registered for.
- Hotel confirmations will be mailed to you by your assigned hotel no later than April 4, 2008.
- Registration for any Sunday workshops or the Road Maintenance Symposium must be made separately using the registration forms in the linked brochures.
- Name badges and all event tickets will be distributed at conference check-in.
