SECTION II. ROOM RESERVATIONS must be made through PSATS. Refunds will be governed by the cancellation policies below. All rooms are non-smoking unless otherwise requested. Each room requires a $100 deposit. Requests for handicappedaccessible rooms will only be considered if accompanied by a completed "PSATS Disability Lodging Request" form.

Cancellation Policy:

Conference Registrations
1. Those received through April 11 will be assessed a fee of $50 for delegates and $25 for guests.
2. Those received after April 11 forfeit all registration fees.
3. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.

Hotel Rooms:
4. Those received after April 11 and through May 6 forfeit full room deposit if the room is not resold.
5. Those received after May 6 forfeit the full room deposit.
6. No-shows will be charged the full room deposit.
7. Early departures are subject to a $50 fee.

May 6 Deadline:
8. No refunds on any registrations, room deposits, meals, or events will be given for any cancellation after May 6.
