Executive Board Report
At its spring meeting, the PSATS Executive Board discussed recent reports on the fiscal state of Pennsylvania's municipalities, transportation funding, earned income tax collection and the Association's other legislative initiatives, and other PSATS activities since the board's winter meeting.

Local Government Excellence
The Governor's Center for Local Government Services recently recognized townships and
other local governments, organizations, and community leaders with the Governor's
Award for Local Government Excellence for their efforts to better their communities.
