  At its spring meeting, PSATS’ Executive Board discussed the ACRE agricultural ordinance review initiative and township-related court cases, reviewed Association finances, adopted a new policy to offer services to members only, and discussed ongoing training programs and the Association’s participation in various initiatives with other agencies.

  Lt. Gov. Catherine Baker Knoll recognized townships’ innovation and cooperation by presenting local governments, organizations, and community leaders with the Governor’s Award for Local Government Excellence.
